Account deletion

Delete your Kavram Atölyesi account and all of its data

In the app (fastest)

Open Kavram Atölyesi and sign in.
Go to the Hesap (Account) tab.
Tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account), type SİL to confirm, and tap Kalıcı olarak sil (Delete permanently).

Your account and data are deleted immediately. If you signed in with Apple, iOS asks for Apple confirmation once more so the app's Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked too.

Without access to the app

Email destek@kavramatolyesi.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. After verifying that the request comes from the account owner, we delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days. If you used Apple's private relay address, please say so.

What is deleted

Your sign-in record and email address
Your profile (role and display name)
Your teacher–student connections and pairing records
Activities you created and images you uploaded
Assignments made to or by you and the answers to them

Deletion cannot be undone and nothing is kept separately. Copies in system backups expire within [BACKUP PERIOD]. When a teacher deletes their account, the assignments they made and their students' answers to them are deleted too.
